Mansford Real Estate LLP is a European multi-strategy real estate private investment firm owned and controlled by its management. Mansford Capital Limited, a wholly owned subsidary is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Mansford was formed in 1995. Since its inception it has, along with its investment partners, invested directly in income producing properties, real estate development projects, indirect investments and has managed structured transactions totalling circa £1.8 billion.
Mansford successfully sold its UK portfolio in 2006 and has recently had the first closing of its UK Opportunity Fund with a target to invest £400million into UK Commercial Real Estate to take advantage of current value-add opportunities.
