Oliver is Mansford’s Managing Partner & CEO and co-founded the firm in 1995, is Chairman of the firm’s Investment Committee and has been involved in all phases of Mansford’s development and operations since its founding. Oliver is responsible for the overall management of the group’s investment activities and personnel. Oliver has over 20 years real estate experience and has invested across all asset sub classes and structures with particular expertise in joint ventures and asset backed operating companies.

Prior to founding Mansford Oliver was Funding Director for Arlington Securities with responsibility for Arlington’s investment sales, development funding, financing and joint venture negotiations as well as its operations in continental Europe and the US. Prior to Arlington Oliver was employed by Goldman Sachs within their Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Oliver holds a BA (Hons) in Law from Trinity College, Cambridge.
