Throughout its first ten years, Mansford investments were focused within the United Kingdom, but more recently, these UK investments have been realized and the focus has been acquiring  assets in Germany, France and Switzerland.

Strategically, Mansford has aggregated and broken up real estate; acquired assets requiring active management, identified yield gaps between property yields and financing costs, structured joint ventures, and occasionally done development work.
