Description

In December 2000, Mansford acquired a mixed portfolio of properties from a UK institutional investor. The portfolio comprised eleven office, industrial and retail properties located across the UK. The majority of the properties were of institutional quality in established locations. The portfolio offered a break-up and active management opportunity.

Since acquisition all of the properties have been sold and the investment realized in line with the business plan.
